PURCHASES BY MINORS
For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our online store, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.
MISPRINTS
Occasionally misprints occur on, printed material, email promotions and on our web site pages. In the event that an error does occur, we may not be able to honour the mistake. Olympic Supplements has the right to refuse any order or offer.

TAXES
Orders delivered to all Provinces are subject to 5% GST with the exception of Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia & PEI that have HST applied.

Free Supplement Reward Offers are not valid during a site wide sale or discount.Coupon Codes allow our customers to take advantage of our exclusive promotions, discounts or freebies. When placing an order online, ONLY 1 coupon code or Free Reward Offer can be used per order and must be entered or selected at the second last page of the checkout process. The subtotal of your order must exceed $20 before it can be applied to your order.For phone orders, please mention the coupon code of your choice to one of our friendly sales reps to ensure it has been applied to your order if any coupon codes are available and active at time of ordering.
BACKORDERS
In the event that one of your items is out of stock after your order has been processed, we do not delay the rest of your order. Your order is shipped immediately. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they arrive, free of charge. If your order consists of only one item, we will notify you if your item is out of stock. We never substitute an alternate flavour, brand, or product. Back orders will be shipped out within 7-10 business days. Any backorders longer than 10 business days, we will contact you for alternative arrangements or E.T.A.
