SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping is free within Canada for all orders over the price of $50.
Cancellations on orders already shipped cannot be made. If you'd like the item returned, see below under RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY.
If there is an issue with an item not being delivered or damaged, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com. We will do our best to take care of the issue for you.
In the event that the item is returned to our customer service team due to an error on your part, shipping is to be paid by the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to return a product, an order, or in the event of an order discrepancy please ship it to our Central Customer Service Centre. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, however we will gladly refund your original shipping cost to you if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective, or it is due to an order discrepancy (wrong product, wrong flavor, etc).
If you are shipping a product back to our company due to our error and require a new product sent back to you we will also pay for these additional shipping charges. All FREE promotional items (t-shirts, shaker cups, samples, etc) must be returned if an original order is sent back for a full refund. Full refunds may not be granted if these promotional items are not returned. Please contact our Olympic Supplements Customer Service Centre by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to approve sending back your return.
